Viewing content lock history on bill

Hello, I want to know if there is possible to see when I turn on it turn off my content lock, on billing? 

I dont have to writing sms to unlock my content, so there are not evidence that I do that. But maybe it can be see on my bill details?

No, Content Lock is not chargeable so as to appear on bills.
