Hi EE
I tried to call today but after pressing buttons one pause,,button 2 etc and a few options I got cut off! Not ideal but Covid is knackering everything.
my usage of my EE mobile WiFi device has dropped to basically zero because I am manly now working from home.
is it possible to renegotiate my contract as I am currently paying about £16 per month for a service I don’t need.
thanks

Hi @Marky44444
On the face of it, I'm afraid the answer is likely to be no. You've agreed a contract at a monthly rate for a minimum term of 2years, and unless you're having financial problems, then you are bound to that.
Whether you're making use of your data allowance is, unfortunately, immaterial.
How much of your minimum term do you have remaining?

Not sure but we’ll over a year.
flaming Covid!

Hi @Marky44444
Thanks for coming here.
If you try calling us again on either 150 from an EE phone or 0800 079 8586 from any other phone and speaking to our Mobile Care team, they will have access to your account and see what they can do to help 🙂
Thanks.
Leanne.
