Hi, I have just upgraded my phone to a new 24-month contract, to stay with EE. I have organised this via a third party retailer - do i need to use the new sim that they send (that has a different phone number printed on it) or the old sim i already have? I definitely want to retain my number, which is why i have paid for an upgrade, but wasn't sure if the new sim would automatically change over? Thanks!

As long as it was an upgrade & not a new contract use the old SIM. A new SIM is sent just in case.
