Upgrading

Hi, my contract ends next month and got a message saying I’m eligible for an upgrade now, when I press on a phone deal it just says “sorry, it looks like there are no suitable plans available for this device right now”. Now I have pressed on everyone phone and it’s saying the exact same thing I left it for a few days but still saying the same on all of them!!

Is there any plan the same price or higher showing, or do you get the message with no plans at all showing?
