Hello!
So I currently own an iPhone 8 that I bought in summer 2019, I am meant to finish paying it in summer 2021.
My question is, if I decide to upgrade my iPhone 8 to an iPhone 11, does my contract start counting from 2020? Is it going to add another 2 years to the contract? Paying even more?
If I have to swap my iPhone 8 for the new one, but I have been paying for it for a year and a half already, and I have to give it back, shouldn't I get some kind of discount in my new contract or a time discount in it as I've been paying from 2019?
I'm sorry if this is not clear, thank you for your help!

Yes your contract would restart for 2 years at the point you upgrade.
You may of got the phone in 2019 and been paying for it monthly but why do you think it would hold the same value as when u purchased it?

Hi @balbagueste
Thanks for coming to the community.
Are you looking to pay to upgrade early?
Or, do you have an upgrade anytime plan?
Thanks 🙂
Leanne.
