As I was ready for an upgrade, I made an online order for a new phone. I then realised I had chosen the wrong phone and tried to cancel the order, however despite receiving a confirmation email I could find no record of my order online. I spoke to a member of the EE team who also told me that my order didn't exist. I decided to assume that order hadn't been processed and placed another upgrade order for the phone I wanted. I still can't find any record of the order and my account still gives me the option to upgrade. Will I now be charged for two phones or did neither order go through?
Please help!

Welcome to the community.
I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team who will be able to access your account and see what the status is of the order(s).
They will also be able to give you an update on it's whereabouts.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile care team as soon as possible. They'll do their best to locate and change the order for you.
