Upgraded my phone but have had no further information

I upgraded my phone 2 days ago and received and email confirmation but since have heard nothing more. I ordered the iPhone 11 and said it was in stock so not sure what’s happening?

I have done and the helpful girl on the phone has called me back twice trying to get through to digital sales but no one is answering.
