Hi guys,
My upgrade is due next month so I called today to find out what I could get. I was offered the iPhone 12 pro with 128gb in graphite. We agreed a price over the phone - the rep has talked me through my upgrade t&c's.
Since speaking with EE again to be told my phone is out of stock and will have to wait for it (absolutely fine) the rep quoted a different price - more expensive than agreed.
I have complained but where do I currently stand with that? I have requested for that call to be listened back to as we clearly confirmed the price before proceeding to the terms of the contract.

I would suggest calling and asking about it again. It maybe the second agent was mistaken. Why didn't you ask at the time?
