I have the same issue as many others where every phone I go to for an upgrade says "There are no plans available for this device", and so far all I have read is that you have to call for your options, which I don't want to do as I want to browse through my options and pick which I like.
I don't want someone on the phone talking me through every single phone or plan.
Is there a problem with the website? As I have never had this problem before in the 12+ years I have been with EE?

Hi @Katie_B I have a few lines on my account and it happens on an early upgrade and on one that is going to be a standard upgrade next week, I just want to browse through my options so I can decide which phone & plan I want to upgrade to next week.

I completely understand, it's good to know what you could go for when your upgrade is due.
I would recommend giving us a call and reporting this error.
