I am trying to log into ee perks and it's asked me to reset my password, I've done this a dozen times but it keeps stating

 

"unable to reset password, please try again"

When was the last time you successfully logged in to your EE Perk account?

 

Are you using your personal email or a work email?

I don’t remember ever logging into it, but it states I’m registered so it would have been a couple of years ago probably at least.
 
I’ve tried both my personal and fire service emails.
