I did an upgrade on the 4/9/2021 for the Samsung S21 in pink 5g and still heard nothing but was told on the 4th I'd get it on Monday but then told it's 7days what happens if I do not receive the new device in 7 days

Thanks @Tina45, that means we have the eight details then.
Once we have stock and the order is processed you will get another email with tracking information.

@Tina45 It should arrive, but if not you can give us a call to cancel your order and pop into store no problem.
However we can't guarantee the store will have the phone you want in stock.
