I’ve upgraded the phone on my contract this evening and at the end of the purchase there was a reference number which I assumed would then be in an email. However, when I got the email confirmation there was no reference number and now I can’t track the order. The money is also pending to come out of my bank, so I’m unsure if this has gone through properly

Can you see an order number in the email that you received?

 

If not, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team to get an update on your order.
