Probably a silly question, but when I'm upgrading online it's ordering me a new sim card. I dont need this as I haven't changed my phone, so my old sim is sitting in there just nicely. I take it I can just leave it where it is and my upgrade will do it's thing on that one?
I can't deal with the downtime of a potential sim switch over when my phone is the only thing enabling me to work from home atm! arrgh!
Just to check are you sure you are selecting an upgrade Nellie? New sims are usually supplied when you select a new contract (which is different to an upgrade).
