Trying to get an upgrade and I get a first email saying order confirmed then a second later email

saying this - “Hi Thank you for placing your Upgrade order with EE. We hope to get your order fulfilled very soon, however there is a discrepancy between the Account and the order form. If you could please get the Account Holder give us a call on 0800 0790531, Our offices are open: • Monday - Saturday 8:00am- 6:30pm • Sunday - Closed Thanks for your patience. We are looking forward to speaking to you and getting you started with EE. EEwww.ee.co.uk” then your phone number Says office closed - unreal EE - sort it out.

Hi I’ve sorted this after I could finally get through on the number - it did take 10 times to get through though all the same.
