Upgrade

I have been trying all day to upgrade. Says i am eligible, lets me choose the phone and plan, then just freezes and will not let me continue. I was hoping to get the phone before christmas. Is this just me or a site fault??

Could you try ordering on a different device or browser please?

HI,

I tried via desktop, laptop and mobile and no luck. I managed to speak to someone and by 10pm they ordered it for me.
