My contract is up on 31st November. I used to have the option to early upgrade but now says I am not eligible for upgrade at all.
If I text up to 150 all I get back is we are unable to process your request.
No debt on the account

You will need to speak to EE CS direct about this issue on 150. There is no account access on these forums.
