Hi , I place an order for an upgrade on Tuesday 31st , I have tried the tracking app and it’s still showing waiting on confirmation, please can you tell me how long delivery takes as when I placed the order it did say the phone would be dispatched within 24 hrs

@Mally2911  I highly recommend you call customer services about this as waiting for confirmation usually means they want to speak with you before the order will go through.
