Hi
I have just finished my contract after purchasing my Huawei Mate 20 Pro.
I'm happy with my phone and don't need to upgrade that right now. I selected 120GB data, unlimited text messages, unlimited minutes, 24 month plan.
After a short while I received the welcome text message on my phone.
But checking the MyEE page on the website it'd showing as 60GB with a full payment of £45 for 23rd Jan..
So I'm wondering if I have done something wrong or...
Also, is there still an online chat available?
