Upgrade query - iPhone 12 Pro.

I upgraded to the iPhone 12 pro on the weekend, and as per several other people, the order is showing "Awaiting confirmation"
I have a student discount, and chose a plan that was £73 per month, after student discount £58.40. Email has come through saying £78.
I have a fee to pay for the upgrade - as the phone is not in stock, will I still pay the same upgrade fee, as obviously the fee decreases I would presume as the months roll on.....

Was the discount accepted at the checkout when you purchased? It could be that the email is confirming which plan you're on. Discounts are added on separately.
I'd recommend calling our Mobile Care team after you've received your phone. If you've overpaid, they'll be able to help sort it out.
