Cancelling a new contract is very difficult, yesterday on the phone for an hour and today so far 30 minutes.
I signed up for a new SE 2020 including a pair of AirPods for £46 pm and 10 gig data and oh yes a £30 upfront cost for the AirPods or phone
yesterday saw I saw the same phone advertisement for £42 plus a whopping 100gb of data and no upfront cost.
Now I calculate that @ £4.pm X 24 mts = £96. Plus £30. So no to free AirPods , I swore I would get another phone contract from EE AND I was attracted by free AirPods , but guess what, ripped of by EE, I’m still waiting on the phone. I think it’s intentional that they don’t answer. Who can I complain to.

Your price per month is for the handset cost and also the services which you receive.
The upfront cost is for the cost of the handset and all prices are subject to change.
