Hi,
I completed the upgrade online yesterday, and have received a mail saying thank you for your order etc. However I have not received any delivery information, and the app still has the item in my basket. I did try several times yesterday, so the item in my basket may be an aborted attempt. My question is. If I have received the "thank you for your order" mail, is that proof that my order has gone through?

Yes, that email is confirmation that we have received your order.
You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details once your delivery slot has been confirmed.
