Upgrade order

I’m due an upgrade on one of my lines so I preordered the IPhone 12 pro

all was good or so I thought expecting delivery of the phone a week goes by no notification of delivery nothing so I get in touch with EE on Friday to be told the phones out of stock and they don’t know when it will be back in stock.

so I ask to choose a different phone so I ask is the IPhone 12 pro max in stock choose a colour and capacity that’s allegedly in stock for next day delivery to only get an email confirming my order but it’s on back order.

 

Do EE enjoy annoying their customers or something I understand it’s a new phone and it’s going to be popular all I ask for is some honesty if it’s not in stock tell me be honest with your customers.

 

so does anyone know when the IPhone 12 Pro Max 256gb in graphite will be back in stock or is this going to be cancellation and going elsewhere?

Welcome to the community.

 

The current estimated delivery guidance for that version is to 'expect delivery within 14 days'.

 

All orders will be processed on a first come first served basis with any back orders being fulfilled first.

 

If you'd like to discuss your order, I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team on 150.
