Hi, I’ve got an upgrade phone coming tomorrow and I received the notification from Dpd. However when I checked the link that was provided in SMS it appeared to be coming to the billing address not the delivery address I have provided. I’m living and working away from home for about a month now and therefore I have different address for delivery other than the billing address. Tried to change it online with Dpd but it won’t let me it says I should contact seller. Please help me with this or change the address for me I’m attaching my email confirming and showing the delivery address I have provided

I have not accepted your image due to it showing personal information.
I would recommend contacting our customer care team who can confirm which address this has been sent to and what the process would be for changing this.
