I have just upgraded today online, when I receive my new device, do I need to return my old device?

@Rob2020   Returning the old device will depend if your required too.  If you’ve finished your contract or within your standard upgrade period the device could is your to keep.   You’ll be sent information when the device is going to be delivered to you. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you, I believe I’m within my upgrade window, always good to have a spare phone if we’d to send away for repair lol
