Upgrade not showing free ds

Hi, 

I have upgraded however my email is not showing the free ds?

@Harry91  It will not as it’s not part of the contract it’s a free gift  and don’t you mean Nintendo switch? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Are you referring to the Nintendo Switch?

 

If you've taken out an eligible plan, your free gift will be delivered between 15-45 days after you receive your phone.
