Upgrade no update

I placed upgrade for iPhone XR 64gb in white on 8th January and received a ‘we’ve got your order’ email and have recived no further updates. I’ve also tried to track my order online and it says it’s unable to do this. Is this normal time to wait for any texts or email updates?

Have you had any communication from DPD?

 

They will send you a text when your order is ready to be delivered.
