Upgrade my phone

I upgraded my phone on the 18/02/2021. Upfront cost was £50 this wasnt taken from my bank account. I then go to track my order and it says sorry we cannot help you. What do I do? 
i also have an email saying thank you for your order we will sort this for you now

@HollyParrott22   You need to call customer services about this.  Usually payment is taken within a few minutes.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
