Upgrade missing

I ordered my upgrade 29/10/20, I received an email with order comfirmation then nothing? Order number says invalid when I try to track delivery

I called this morning and it seems someone should have called me to confirm T&C s of the insurance, but hadn't. All sorted now with an even better deal and arriving tomorrow, so happy days!
