Upgrade delivery

so I ordered my upgrade yesterday and got a text saying dpd would deliver today. I chose my hour time slot and ive had nothing. The tracking keeps saying its on its way to the depot. I've spoke to dpd and they have just said to check with the sender as the tracking hasn't changed since early hours of this morning

Has your one hour time slot passed?

 

Do you have a link in the text from DPD that allows you to change your delivery?

Yes I think I do. Would you advice changing it to tomorrow

Does it allow you to alter the delivery time/date?

 

Does it show as a failed delivery, or not yet attempted?

Its let me change the delivery to tomorrow but its just saying your delivery is on its way to our depot.
