Upgrade anytime

I'm on an iPhone 12 pro smart plan with upgrade anytime but this time there is no option to upgrade with the fees on my account. It only says I can early upgrade by paying of the phone. Has upgrade anytime been removed??

@Drewhl94  upgrade anytime is still available.   You might want to check with customer services that you are on a upgrade anytime tariff. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
