Upgrade Order

Placed an order on Friday for an upgrade and received and email and xko reference number. I have since tried to track the order but am unable to with these details and I have no idea about the status of the order.

 

Has anyone else had similar issues or is there a way to track with these details?

@anthonyk   The XKO number is just an order number not a tracking number.  Once a device is allocated to you you’ll receive a tracking number. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

If the item is in stock and states dispatch within a week, should the device have been allocated already?

The device will be allocated the day before delivery. 

 

Once dispatched you will receive text message notification with full delivery information.
