Welcome to the community.

 

We no longer offer a voucher for the return of a power bar. You can take it to an EE store where we can dispose of it properly for you, though.

@Dean21   No.  The time to return it has long passed.   All customers where requested to return it and those that didn’t took it upon themselves to continue using it despite a request to return it.
