I have received unlocking codes for my 2 EE phones. Is there a time limit for me to action the unlock process? I'm waiting for new BT SIMs to arrive in the next few days. Also, will the phones remain active on the existing SIMs on my EE account until the end of the current month?

@Zoe-18 There is no time limit, and if you are a contract customer the sims will remain active until the last day of your 30 day notice period that you gave EE.
The phones will always be active it’s the sim that will be deactivated because you gave notice of termination of contract.
