Unable to watch programs on iPhone and iPad after selecting them from the app

Select programme from listings or screen and will not show program or cuts off after 1 minute

Welcome to the community,

 

Are you having any other problems with any other apps? Is this using data?

 

I would suggest logging into My EE and clicking on the three lines on the left at the top, if using the app, then settings, then restrictions and see if content lock is switched on, as this would need to be off, hope this helps.
