Anyone else having trouble with buying add ons
ive been trying to buy data for the past few days and it’s saying this page is experiencing technical issues.

The problem i had was that there is an addon advertised (even now) as 3GB for 7 days at £6 BUT it is actually only 1GB for £10

Yes it is and still does today. See the list is fiction What has been added is 1GB for £10 but I was refunded £4 after I contacted. The chooses another and Active addons are just false

Yes I spoke to someone regarding the anomaly, but the detail as shown advertised persists.
It makes no sense to me why this should be. Even the "Active" pack is listed incorrectly. I was told the packs have all been changed and that I should log out and back in, but this changed nothing.
You are advertising incorrect information and need to sort things. I would suggest that your website is not the most robust out there and constantly gives misleading information (I'm on Pay as you go) but I cant get a better deal on any pay monthly set up given I've been receiving booster packs for over 3 years. There's nothing to match it

Have you tried deleting the app and reinstalling this?
Do you get the same details if you log into your My EE account online?
