I already have one mobile with EE. I have another mobile with Virgin and want to transfer this to EE. I have a PAC from Virgin. How do I send this to EE?

I posted a request a short while ago on how to transfer my virgin mobile to EE. I then found the online transfer page, and submitted my Virgin PAC . I already have another mobile on EE, and having completed the request I was notified that my existing EE mobile would be transfered to my Virgin number!!!. That is NOT what I want - I want 2 different EE accounts with 2 different numbers.
Please help me urgently to stop this or my wife will murder me!

If you want urgent help you need to call EE there is nothing we can do on here to stop the port from happening. You need to call ASAP

Due to pandemic there is less staff on you just need to stay on the line.
But this is the only way you will get this sorted

I was able to get help from EE via their CHAT - much better and quicker that the phone. Initially, I could not get CHAT to work on my laptop, but I was able to use it on my phone. The person dealing with my problem took a while to understand the problem and what I was trying to do but he was very patient, and eventually sorted me out. My Virgin phone is due to be switched to EE today 17th, and my current EE phone (used by my wife) will remain unaffected.
