Hi I have a Samsung A71. It looks (from reading stuff) as though the old pre-port number is hard coded to the SIM...not sure how this can be changed to the correct, ported number.

When did you port your number across, which day?
When you say text messages aren't working - are you able to advise how? Are they not sending? Or is the issue something else - you've mentioned the incorrect number being used?
Can you make & receive calls ok?
