Hi,
I've had my Pixel 4 for just over 12 months now on contract with EE. My phone has developed a screen burn in the bottom left corner which is extremely annoying and unexpected for a phone that's just turned 12 months old.
My question is whether I need to lodge a warranty repair with EE or do I need to go straight to the manufacturer (Google)?

If you are in warranty, you can book a free repair with EE or the manufacturer of your device.
If you give us a call on 150, or use our online trouble-shooter tool we will let you know your next steps for booking a repair 🙂
