Tracking not working

Hi 

 

I’ve searched the threads regarding iPhone 12 orders and it seems people can track their status. However mine just says

Sorry, you can't track this order type just yet.

At this time, we can only provide tracking for orders with a pay monthly device. Items ordered with our superfast delivery service and some orders with multiple items also can't be tracked.

If you've ordered a pay as you go handset or device, or an EE SIM Only, your order should arrive within 48 Hrs. Keep an eye out for SMS or email updates from EE.”

 

I ordered through live chat as an additional line last Sunday . I’ve been on chat again and the order is accepted so it’s all gone through I would just like to see expected despatch and delivery dates like everyone else. Thank you

Mine is the same, I’m assuming it will update once there’s tracking info.

Mine is the same however... when I click the tracking link again, for WhT ever reason it seems to load fine the second time, maybe give that a try.

Oooo you mean refresh the page and try Again?

Ahh I just used the order tracking page as I didn’t get confirmation email

still not tracking for me!
