Hi I've just tried paying for a new pack o have 2 days left of my current pack and it said something about an error so I tried again it said the same thing and I looked on my bank and it had taken 2 £15 payments so now I have £30 gone and no new pack it should have went on and rolled over and I'm worried that in 2 days they're gonna take another 15 to renew my pack and I dont want that I wouldnt mind if that was the next 2 months sorted and dont have to pay for the next 2 packs but I have a feeling that wont happen can anyone help me with this
