I can’t believe how stressed out I’m getting with EE I ordered a 4g home router online , paid an upfront cost of 50 pound and set up direct debit , all money was taken but I didn’t receive no emails or text so when I ring up they say I didn’t place an order yet EE limited have took money out my account , none of the staff have a clue and I’m really unsure what to do , I wouldn’t recommend anyone uses EE , I’d they can’t place my order right I wonder how bad there internet will be , now I’m 50 pound out of pocket at a time when I need it most but even worse I’m without internet

Have you checked your junk/spam folders? You can then check EE order tracking.
If not then speak to EE CS again. If you've ordered via EE website they should be able to track your order.
