And thanks for.that I still didnt get my phone and sim card but I was charged for my monthly payment 

Order from 23octomber 🙂

@Isus  You’ll need to call customer services about this. 

Absolutely , but I already do that maybe 3times and I was in EE store where I put the option for delivery ...

Yes in EE store in Newry Northern Ireland im not happy whit the progress , from 23oct .... take my money for.monthly payment and nothing no sim car no phone very bad 🙂

If your first monthly payment has been taken it means your phone has been dispatched.
