I wanted to say a massive thank you to the customer service person that helped my issue.
Oscar was very friendly and took the time to explain anything I didn't understand about my bill. This the fist time I've felt taken care of by a mobile phone company!
My only question is why does EE have a customer complaints form but no way of leaving positive feedback and reviews. I've searched high and low for somewhere to send this but this is the only place I can find.
I have no idea if any if this will be seen but let me just say
Thank you Oscar xxxx, you made a difference to my day🙏🏾
