Hi @UboatSean.
Welcome to the community.
What router are you using?
Have you tried restarting your router?
Jon

Hi Jon, I’m using a 4GEE router, other websites seem to be working fine, it’s just when I try and load WGT.com, it’s a new laptop I’m really not that technical which is a shame. I will restart. The message I get when I try and load WGT.com, is Error 8 the proxy failed to connect to the web server, due to TCP connection rejection (TCP Reset)
regards stephen

Hi @UboatSean ,
Is the below URL of any help? You will need to be careful of removing any proxy or VPN settings which you genuinely need for your work. If you laptop is a personal laptop, it may be the case there should be no proxy or VPN set and in that case the below Microsoft-forum-related advice may apply.
Edit: your mileage may vary and if you remove something which you actually require, the situation may actually be worse and become more misconfigured. Good luck!

Thanks @UboatSean.
Have you been able to access this website previously on this router?
Can you access the website using another router or provider?
Jon

@UboatSean : Is the site that app uses IPv6 compliant? It might be an EE IPv6 issue. EE has introduced IPv6 on its mobile network, but it doesn't fall-back to IPv4 nicely. Can you change the Profile/APN on your EE devices to APN Protocol = IPv4 only?

The two domains below have no AAAA records.
Edit: goofed up on my command, correcting:
[x@x ~]$ for i in {,www.}wgt.com; do dig AAAA @9.9.9.9 $i; done
; <<>> DiG 9.11.20-RedHat-9.11.20-5.el8 <<>> AAAA @9.9.9.9 wgt.com

What does that mean in English, not computer code?

In response to "Is the site that app uses IPv6 compliant?": the domain names wgt.com and www.wgt.com have no AAAA records.
The statement was "The two domains below have no AAAA records." And below that statement was given the proof of that statement.
