Hello, new EE customer here,
Recently ordered a new pay monthly contract from your website and struggling to get the new sim working, wondering if someone can help?
I already inputted my PAC code from my existing provider on the order form.
Upon completion of order was prompted to ring you to confirm. After confirmation i was told that the network/number switch would take place when inputting the new sim into rhe phone and would take within 24hours, its now been a few days and still nothings happened. My current pay monthly sim still has network access, do i still need to do anything for the switch to start?
Very distressing situation, answers will be appreciated.

Hi @Aidaan and welcome to the community!!
We don't have access to individual accounts on here, and if it's been a few days already, I'd recommend you call C/S on 150 to check everything over.
