Switch back to ee after leaving

Hi guys,

So a couple of days ago, after a very long time with ee, I made the switch to plusnet for a better deal. I am instantly regretting it as you do not get full ee coverage as advertised. Is it possible to reopen my old account/contract within the cooling off period and switch back, no quibbles?

You can cancel plus net within your cooling off period but this will not allow you to come back to EE on the same plan you had.

 

You can ask Plus net for a PAC code so you can bring the number back with you but you will need to choose from the plans EE currently have available.
