Stopping All inclusive calls

Hello, I recently joined EE on the 14th April, with Fibre Broadband and All Inclusive phone calls.

We have decided that in reality we do not need the 'all inclusive' phone call part of the package and therefore wish to cancell this part.

I phoned EE and was told that this could be done, but that they would be unable to do it until I have been with them for 30 days, the system apparently locks the account.

Is this the correct information?

And if I phone up on the 14th May I will be able to cancell the 'Anytime phone calls' ?

If that's what they say their rule is. It doesn't seem unreasonable..

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @djg145

Welcome to the community.

Yes, if you call 30 days later, they should be able to remove the calling add-on for you.
