Hi I have received my ee home hub router on the 9th January 2020 ,but still waiting for my Apple TV 4K box . Please help Thanks.

I suggest you call EE CS on 150 about this issue as there is no account access on these forums.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
