Sound on streaming content

I recently dual sim my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I have set it up so all my data goes through my eSim. 
since doing this when I’m out I would watch tv apps get perfect playback but no sound on 4g network which worked perfectly before dual sim. 
everything works as it should on wifi. 
don’t know what to do?

Could you try resetting your network settings please and re-test, @DavidStearman?

 

Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings > Follow on-screen prompts.

Tried different locations. 2 bars lowest up to full strength.

I have done what you said and just tried it on 4g and it looks like it has fixed it.
