Hello i have a problem with my order, i bought a phone saturday with pay monthly and i have no details about my order after 5 days . What can i do?

If EE order tracking doesn't work, the you would need to call EE CS.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

Despite the added advice "Don't worry, we'll keep you updated on the progress of your order by text or email', DO worry, as they WON"T!!

 

With me they cancelled the order without notice, or without a refund. I imagine this is illegal, but even if it isn't, it's absolutely shocking customer service. 

 

Chat is currently down, and they are advising to only ring if it's an emergency. I waited and waited, but I finally decided to ring despite this advice and the long wait to get answered. Neither the app nor the website could sort this problem, you have to ring. 

 

My faith in EE has been dented/smashed.

Welcome to the community, I'm sorry to hear that you had some problems with your order.

 

Did you manage to get through to sort this out? If not, it may be worth trying to call our Mobile Care team again this morning.
